Success strikes again!
What a pleasure it is to announce another ex-student of The Golf College – Elizabeth Prior “Lizzie” won her second tournament this week in LAS Vegas.
She shot rounds of 67,66,67, (-16) for a 10 shot victory, not bad at all considering she had surgery to remove her appendix at the beginning of September and this was her first tournament back in action.

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – For the second time in the last three years, UNLV women’s golf won the team title at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown as hosts of the tournament at Boulder Creek Golf Club. Junior Elizabeth Prior, playing in her first tournament of the year, turned in a career-low 54-hole score of 16-under 200 to earn her second individual title as a Rebel. Her winning score also ties the lowest three-round score in program history, set by Rebel All-American Therese Koelbaek in 2008 at the same tournament.
